Central Arkansas Group Counseling, PLLC began in 2015 with one office and one mission. Today the same practice operates as Arkansas Counseling and Wellness Services, three Arkansas offices, twenty-four clinicians, statewide telehealth, and an NBCC-approved continuing-education arm.

    Central Arkansas Group Counseling, PLLC opens with one office and one mission, licensed clinical care that respects evidence and respects the client. The work starts small, by referral, and grows by reputation.

    A Northwest Arkansas presence opens in response to repeated client requests. The clinical team grows. The infrastructure, billing, supervision, intake, grows with it.

    A second NWA office.

    Bentonville opens; the practice tightens its rural-AR roots.

    Bentonville joins Fayetteville and North Little Rock, three Arkansas offices, plus the start of HIPAA-compliant telehealth that lets the clinical team reach the rest of the state.

    Central Arkansas Group Counseling, PLLC remains the legal entity. The brand evolves to Arkansas Counseling and Wellness Services to reflect the statewide reach and the broader scope of clinical work, three offices, twenty-four-person team, telehealth across Arkansas and Missouri.

The brand name evolved. The practice did not.
